2. Visiting the website

We keep no visit log of the minjuni.com pages.

When you send the contact form, the sending IP address is held in memory for up to 10 minutes to stop abuse, and is never written down. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Demo requests (contact form)

Data: name, work email, company, number of technicians, interests and your optional message. We also record the page language, the page and the time you sent it. Your IP address is not stored with it.

Purpose: answering your request and arranging a demo. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Kept while we handle your request, and deleted automatically 12 months after it was last updated. Copies in our backups disappear as those backups are replaced in their normal cycle. Only authorised staff of the controller can see it.

4. Cookies

minjuni.com uses no cookies, tracking or third-party analytics, so there is no cookie banner. When you sign in, the minjuni app sets one strictly necessary session cookie, which ends when you sign out.

5. Processor and transfers

The server is physically operated by our hosting provider: Websas.hu Kft., 1149 Budapest, Egressy út 27-29 B/3. As a processor it acts only on the controller's instructions.

We do not sell your data or transfer it outside the European Economic Area. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Your rights

You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the email above; we answer within one month.

7. Security

We receive data over an encrypted connection, store it in an access-controlled system and back it up regularly with verification.

We update this notice when needed. The current version is always on this page.
